非常棒的体验，在海角的山顶有着非常壮丽的景色。只可惜酒店在部分装修，很多设备不能使用。去的那两天大雾还下雨，酒店景色也没有欣赏的很完整。

Beautiful hotel in prime view location with very nicely decorated rooms. Due to good weather they kept the pool open during our stay. Phenomenal views and quality loungers on the roof deck. A few of the staff were a bit brusque and we waited a long time for service at the bar when we first arrived. Room soundproofing left something to be desired. Opportunity to enable making a cup of tea in room not just pod coffee. Breakfast buffet steep at EUR 24pp

If you are from the USA and visiting San Sebastian, this hotel is the best, offering a 360-degree view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach and town of San Sebastian. The view is out of this world. Shakila, Virginia, USA

I was really disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the room. White towels and bed sheets were marked and I had ask for the sheets to be changed bc there was brown staining all around the edge. I had to ask twice and it was only done after I showed the receptionist in person. The room and bathroom were very tired and need significant updating with marks all over the walls. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly either as there were waxy make up marks in and around the sink which I tried to clean myself with some hand sanitizer. The pool area and and bar area were lovely and the views from the hotel were stunning. Sadly, neither of these made up for a dirty and tired room. Overall I expected better from a Mercure hotel.

Amazing view – totally worth it! The room was a bit dusty on arrival, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Room facilities were excellent and well-maintained. Breakfast was nice, though the hot food and dinner options felt a bit limited, especially for international guests. Overall, a great stay with stunning scenery!

Outstanding view of the bay from Monte Igueldo. You can easily take the funicular to the lower city and walk the promenade or take a bus right to the old town. We usually walked in and bussed back.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich, unser Zimmer war um 15 Uhr nicht fertig, daher haben wir dann ein Downgrade ohne Balkon erhalten. Das Restaurant war schlecht (Essen trocken und/oder verbrannt) und für die Qualität zu teuer. Service war extrem unaufmerksam, obwohl wenig Gäste vor Ort waren. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Une très belle vue depuis la Terasse, la piscine et le restaurant de l’hôtel. Une piscine belle et bien entretenue. Mais des chambres avec des installations et une décoration vieillissante. Arriving at the Hotels lobby checking in, there were a que and just one receptionist. A young receptionist came rushing in to help, and starting shouting at the guest to take it easy. (not a good start) We had paid for a Privilege room, but several facilities were missing in the room. No slippers, No bathrobe, No espresso machine. Further more they write soundproof doors, which is a big lie. We could here the nabo's loud and clear. The general service at the hotel is way below standards, specially considering the 4 stars they have. The bar service slow, the waiters have attitude, the pool Guy arrogant and slepping at his post. Apart from the amassing views and beautiful locations, the hotel does not live up to there 4 stars.
