Apartment with a view of Lake Como

We drove to the apartment via Lugano and along Lake Lugano crossing into Italy where we went shopping at the Carrefour hypermarket in Carlazzo. The apartment was exactly as described in Interchalet with a table in front of the house for outside meals and a well equipped kitchen. The owner spoke good English. We paid 12€ for gas and electricity at the end. There is a waterfall next to the house and sheep sometimes in the field below. We travelled on the ferry to Bellagio for 4,60€ and Varenna

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die sehr gepflegte Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und günstig gelegen. In wenigen Minuten kommt man mit dem Auto zu einem Strand, schöne Wanderwege und die bekanntesten Ortschaften sind schnell erreichbar. Marco, unser Betreuer vor Ort, war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns gut unterstützt.

Schöne Aussicht

Schöne Aussicht auf den See und die gegenüber liegenden Berge. Marco ( unser Gastgeber ) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung war ausreichend aber schon etwas älter. Parkplatz haben wir vor dem Haus immer einen gefunden.

Schöne Unterkunft für Familien

Wir haben es dort sehr schön angetroffen.Alles sauber u. schön eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt,aber weder auf dem Grundstück noch in der näheren Umgebung gab es keine Möglichkeit das sich unser Hund mal austoben konnte.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, die Bewohner obendrüber ebenfalls, nur manchmal etwas laut. Bettwäsche war leider keine vorhanden, daher bitte mitbringen. Ansonsten war alles da und funktionstüchtig. Der steile Bergweg war mit E-Bike gut zu bewältigen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf See und Berge. Gemütliche Einrichtung, Wohnung mit großer Terrasse vor dem Haus und kleinem Balkon, sehr nett und idyllisch.

Eine saubere, altmodische Wohnung.

Den Parkplatz was zu der Wohnung gehören sollte haben wir vermisst. Auf dem Nachbarn Grundstück ist lustigerweise eine Esel Familie für " unruhe " gesorgt 😀 in unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten. Aus dem Schlafzimmer Fenster direkt auf einem kleinen Wasserfall einen wunderschönen Blick entstanden, nur beim geschlossenen Fenster konnte man schlafen, aber es war den Blick wert! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!!

Schönes Objekt mit vielen Spielsachen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kids hatten viel zu tun, und auch die Ausstattung war gut. Der Bach ist ordentlich laut, wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft, aber hat uns nicht gestört. Mehr als 2 Weingläser waren schön. Sonst tip-top.

Prima locatie, zeer aardige it...

Prima locatie, zeer aardige italiaanse huurders op de eerste etage. Alleen beschrijving en foto's zijn misleidend. Er is alleen het terras waarop gezeten kan worden. Het tuinmeubilair en BBQ bleek van de huurders op de eerste etage. Volgende dag waser wel gelijk een tuintafel voor ons geregeld.

Großzügige Wohnung mit einer w...

Großzügige Wohnung mit einer wirklich reichhaltig ausgestatteten Küche und einem rauschenden Bergbach wie aus dem Bilderbuch direkt unterm Schlafzimmerfenster; der Vermieter tut alles, um den Gästen ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen – danke!!! Reisetipps: Wir lieben diesen Teil des Comer Sees besonders und genießen, dass Santa Maria–Rezzonico nicht so rein touristisch ist wie andere Orte am See. In Rezzonico kann man übrigens unglaublich lecker essen gehen; wer beim Rückweg die 20 Minuten bergauf nicht scheut,kann sich in der Trattoria Pizzeria Dei Platani oder im Restaurant Lauro nicht nur am wunderbaren Essen, sondern auch am süffigen Hauswein berauschen! Von Menaggio (15min Autofahrt entfernt) hat man Zugang zum gesamten Schiffs– und Fährverkehr auf dem See, gerade an heißen Tagen ist ein Tagesticket für unter 20 Euro eine geniale und entspannende Investition. Weiter oben am Berg lohnt der Besuch bei der Käserei San Martino, wo es ganz herrlichen Ziegenkäse und –joghurt gibt.Wer Spaß an kleinen engen Bergstraßen hat, kann hier überall die schönsten Entdeckungen machen – ein bisschen Mut gehört manchmal dazu, aber oben auf 1700m und höher sind Luft und Aussicht atemberaubend.

Perfect location

We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Chiara. The place wasn't touristic, but the view on the balcony was very beautiful and quiet. The host was very kind and helpful, we definitely recommend this place.
