Treat yourself to a break in this deliberately different holiday home, authentic, charming and embedded in the beauty of the Sicilian coastal landscape. You will stay in a lovingly furnished house that is regularly used by the owners themselves and has retained its original charm. The rooms have decorative tiled floors and there is a lovely dining area with direct access to the terrace. Enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding nature while cooking together.



Use the spacious outdoor areas to relax, eat together and take a deep breath. The covered terrace invites you to start the day with an outdoor breakfast or enjoy the sunset in the evening. Let your gaze wander over the greenery all the way to the sea. As the property is situated on a slope and is only partially fenced, it is not suitable for small children.



Discover the surrounding area away from the crowds and hustle and bustle. Visit the famous beaches of San Vito Lo Capo with their crystal-clear water or go hiking in the Zingaro Reserve Nature Park. For sports enthusiasts and nature lovers, Monte Monaco and Monte Cofano are popular climbing areas with breathtaking views of the coast. Visit the couscous festival or simply stroll through the lively historic centre.

Tolle Lage, mäßig gepflegtes Haus

Die Lage des Hauses und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist grandios. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber vollständig, alles funktionierte. Allerdings befindet sich das Haus in einem ungepflegten Gesamtzustand: schlecht und unvollständig geputzt, der Wäscheständer marode, der Spiegel im Bad fast blind, der Duschvorhang eingerissen, der Brausekopf und die Halterung wackelig, ... . Das Bettgestell hat einen gemauerten Unterbau, aus dem es sehr muffig riecht. Wir haben lieber nicht genauer nachgeshen wie es unter der Matratze aussieht.

Lage Super, sehr schöner Ausblick,

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage, allerdings lies die Sauberkeit und teilweise die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig. Oberflächlich betrachtet soweit ok, aber bei genauerer Inaugenscheinnahme leider recht schmutzig. Angefangen bei einem Toilettensitz aus Holz bei dem die Farbe abgesplittert war ( so ein Teil kostet 20,00 €) bis hin zu der recht schmutzigen gemauerten Bettenumrandung, dem Fliesenspiegel usw usw.. Im Grunde sind wir nicht pingelig aber wenn grundsätzlich eine Endreinigung nach Auszug in Höhe von 120 € berechnet wird gehe ich bei der Übernahme von einem sauberen Haus aus. Gemessen an deutschen Verhältnissen würde sich eine Putzfrau 10 Stunden mit rund 60 qm Fläche beschäftigen können. Ein Eimer Farbe würde dem Schlafzimmer im Hinblick auf die Rückstände der zerdrückten Mosquitos auch guttun. Wasserversorgung fiel zeitweise aus wurde aber von dem Zuständigen sofort korrigiert.
