T2 apartment on the 1st and last floor of a Provencal country house, 150 m sandy beach, shops nearby.

The apartment is through and bright, with cupboards, wardrobe and terrace awning.

The decoration is contemporary in turquoise blue and white tones.

The apartment has an entrance / kitchen (appliances and new furniture), cupboards, a living / dining room opening onto a balcony equipped with a blind (bbq-store-table and 4 chairs) with open views of the pine forest , a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and storage, a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and washing machine and a separate toilet. A parking space is available in the residence.
