“A great place to relax”

“As a hotel executive in New York City, I am a big fan of Turkish hospitality. No country can beat Turkish hospitality and service culture. My room was modest and clean. Everyday cleaning service and clean towels were making me feel so happy once I was back to my hotel room. Every day, 1 liter of complimentary Turkish mineral water was a simple, polite amenity. I did not get a chance to use the rooftop breakfast, however. The Pera district offers tons of great restaurant and cocktail bar……

“Great room, location and the hotel staff are extremely friendly. The only slight drawback was traffic noise which comes with the territory and fairly easy to get used to after a while. Top notch!”

“Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. ”

“This hotel was in an excellent location, metro was right outside the door and the funicular was a 5 min. Walk. The property was maintained in excellent condition and I had a supreme deluxe room with Golden Horn View which was spectacular! The room was spacious and the jacuzzi tub was great after a day of walking the city. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was great and made omlettes for you and was on the top floor with an outside patio with a great view. The reception staff was very……

“The facility is old. The bed is sunken and extremely uncomfortable, so I had to change hotels during my trip. The air conditioning is very noisy, and the curtains do not fully cover the window. I have to use an elastic band to tie it. If your room faces the street, it is extremely loud. However, the location is great—very close to the Green Line subway.”

“The biggest suite is on top of the last level the elevator/lift can reach. Meaning that you will have to walk on stairs. If you don’t want to climb any stairs, make sure you ask the staff before you book.”
