「Stayed here for my cousin’s wedding this past August, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning — a charming, vintage-style property with a timeless feel. The service was outstanding from start to finish — from the bellman and front desk to the waitstaff, everyone was attentive and welcoming. 「L'hôtel ne dispose pas de service de restauration mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut aux alentours pour se restaurer sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Par ailleurs il faut souligner le petit déjeuner qui est proposé sous forme de buffet et qui offre une belle palette de produits frais salés, sucrés. L'hôtel des Montagnards est une belle découverte dans la gamme des hôtels de Morteau. Je le recommande tout particulièrement.」

"Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge. 4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
