“Incredible stay at Palazzo del Vicerè! My family and I had an amazing experience — the hotel is stunning, with spacious, beautifully designed rooms. Arianna was fantastic — she helped us check in early, greeted us with drinks, and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The service, setting, and comfort exceeded our expectations. “Amazing staff. Incredible location. ”

“Really nice place, great view. Massive hill to climb. No Ubers, and near impossible to get a taxi. We couldn’t get one until day 3. Unless you rent a car don’t book this place. Getting to and from town and the ferry with luggage is a nightmare without a car. Walking on your own is ok, but takes time and you need to be in shape. ”

“No blankets for upstairs bed. Could not open sofa bed. Fans in living room area did not work. Had to piece together a fan from bedroom to use. Road to apartment very narrow and was not given this information. ”

“We spent 4 nights here and had the breakfast on one occasion. The hotel is perfectly situated between Lenno and Tremezzo ferry stops and has a pizza takeaway, restaurant and a convenience shop within a 5 min walk- in addition to the on site restaurant and bar. The hotel breakfast was worth the €10 pp as there was fresh fruit options, snacks and biscuits, pastry, toast and meats and cheese as well as juices and coffee. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the floor could have done with a……
