“This place is classy, book room 119 thank me later, they have a nice rooftop pool, it’s across the street from the beach , boat docks and 1 min walk to town, the AC was great, the staff is super helpful, parking was very easy , the hotel set me up with a boat rental to zingaro reserve beaches and wow! What a highlight!!! I wanted views, I wanted classy I wanted comfort , location and this hotel hit all the spots, it’s hard to find another hotel in San Vito that can compare.”

“Wellnessbereich nicht genutzt Zimmer zwar sauber jedoch kennt man wohl kein Putzmittel für Armaturen. Immer sehr fleckig. Schon am Anreisetag! Verschmierte Dusche Glas nicht trocken gewischt. Täglich frische Handtücher wenn man das wünscht. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Sonnenschutz auf Balkon unbrauchbar. Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig. Wir haben dann täglich Eiswürfel gekauft um die Getränke kalt zu bekommen. Zimmergröße ausreichend Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und Miniaturtischchen. Innen nur……

“The property was nothing like the description. The AC in one of the bedroom didn’t work at all and the one in other bedroom didn’t work well. When we communicated to property management we were told, we know but there is nothing we can do about it. The apartment was very dirty and the property in general is lacking of basic maintenance. Also none of the bike worked and the launders facility is a joke”

“Clean room and very service minded staff”

“The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks”

“Struttura molto bella con vista mozzafiato, bella la piscina e buon ristorante. Per la poca differenza ho chiesto upgrade da executive a suite, essere al piano superiore con terrazzino e vista vale sicuramente la differenza. Unica critica costruttiva in una suite ci si aspetta solo un pochino di attenzione in più per i dettagli,”
