Absolutely supreme! Super clean beautiful hotel. The public beach is 2 mins away but they have a private beach 10 minute walk and absolutely worth it- chairs are reserved and close to the water . The beach is like the Caribbean. Absolutely amazing hotel and I travel extensively . This hotel is great!!! Highly recommend.

The San Vito resort was spectacular. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The resort is new and well-maintained. It was very convenient to have a parking garage located below the hotel. We enjoyed being accessible to the beach. It was only a few steps away. There are tons of restaurants in the town and many options to choose from with all price ranges and food selections. I will definitely return to San Vito and the resort.

The hotel itself is beautiful – modern, spotless, and with excellent facilities. The pool area is fantastic, and the location is perfect for enjoying San Vito Lo Capo. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. Staff were often unavailable, unhelpful, and lacked the warmth and professionalism you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. Improving the service could easily make this one of the best places to stay in the area.

We had a very relaxing stay at San Vito Resort. The only thing that comes to mind is the entrance to the car park – every time you want to leave or enter the car park, you have to ring a bell. Sometimes it took a few minutes before you could drive off. Why isn't it possible to use the hotel card to enter and exit the car park – as we saw, there is already a sensor for this... The prices at the pool bar were also a bit high – but that's nothing unusual.

Very Unpleasant and Frustrating Experience

When we arrived at the hotel to check in, I spoke to them in English even though I speak Italian. I overheard them speaking in Italian, saying that the air conditioner wasn’t working. We took the keys to our family suite and entered, only to find that the air conditioner was indeed not working and was making a very loud noise, like a tractor. After several attempts to contact the reception, I was told the first time that a technician had checked it and found no issue. An hour later, I felt like my head was going to explode — we couldn’t sleep. After multiple calls to reception, and after contacting the Hotel.com website they informed the hotel, they finally decided to change our suite. The receptionist put the beach towels in a bag for other guests and told them it was a gift, while she handed the towels to us without a bag. It was a very bad experience and the service was not pleasant. Everything had an extra charge — parking was €15 per night. They gave us beach towels for free, but if they got dirty, we had to pay extra to replace them. Although I had already paid the tourist tax during the booking, I was asked to pay an additional €3 per person per night for myself and my family. After four nights and with four people, we ended up paying €48 in tourist taxes. This is the first time i bok hotel and the hotel charges med tax It was a very bad experience overall, and to top it off, the first suite didn’t have a sea view, even though I had paid extra for one.

Neues Hotel an Toplage und ein stillvolles Design

Dieses Hotel überzeugt vor allem durch seine stilvolle Einrichtung, hervorragende Lage und ein durchdachtes Design – hierfür gibt es definitiv eine hohe Punktzahl. Das Personal ist meistens freundlich und bemüht, auch wenn in puncto Individualisierung und persönlichem Service noch etwas Potenzial besteht. Die Zimmer sind äußerst komfortabel und bieten eine sehr gute Schlafqualität. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Das Hotel ist neu und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schöne Terrasse, insbesondere der zweite Sitzplatz von links in der ersten Reihe im Restaurant mit Meer- und Bergblick ein wahrer Genuss. Der Poolbereich ist einladend gestaltet und bietet eine deutlich angenehmere Atmosphäre zur Entspannung als der Strand, sofern es nicht überfüllt ist. Der Wellness-Bereich ist stillvoll eingerichtet und einladend, nur schade dass die Musik nicht sehr entspannend war und das Personal wirkte ein wenig unkoordiniert. Das Frühstück ist solide, allerdings besteht bei der Qualität der angebotenen Produkte noch Luft nach oben und um 10:00 Uhr ist schon wieder Schluss - Für Urlaubsgäste vermutlich etwas früh. Insgesamt ein sehr ansprechendes Hotel mit vielen Stärken und einigen kleinen Verbesserungspunkten, das den Aufenthalt dennoch zu einem sehr angenehmen Erlebnis macht. Würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
