" staff hmmm lack of explanation in room number, after checking in our room was 1213, we go elavator then it’s only up to 7th flr only, luckily there’s a hotel staff nearby & I ask where’s 1213 he said it’s 2nd flr & I ask the hire staff how do u read this? he said it’s 1213 & he agreed with me that it’s supposed to be 12th flr then he lead us to the room in 2nd flr"

"While the hotel was clean and staff was very professional and very friendly, the entire hotel looked old compared to the newer hotel and casino that was built next to it. The breakfast buffet however was very sumptuous and the variety was great. Again staff was very professional and service was quick."

"Bad area for a hotel. The staff was friendly but they don’t offer much in amenities. There is no elevator or people to help with bags and they don’t tidy up the room unless you request it. I paid for breakfast but two days they had morning events and we were unable to eat. Not a good experience. Never again "

"Upon checking in, I decided to check out, It was filthy dirty, light switches were sticky with hand prints, floor was with loose hair everywhere, bed linens were stained like they were not changed, the couch was visibly stained and with roach droppings, the fridge was moldy, bathroom was disgustingly dirty, I didn’t wanna touch anything. The room stinks, I informed the front desk that I wanna cancel my reservation but they moved me to 2 different rooms that were just worse than the first one. They said it was non smoking but the whole hall way and room was reaking with cigarette stench. I talked to customer service, They held us saying we can’t leave hotel until they made their decision, we were supposed to stay for 8days, and I can’t stay in this filthy hotel. 8 days ended but up to this moment the customer service kept saying they haven’t had any response from the homeowner. The worse service I have ever had in my life. Front desk or the manager never said sorry nor checked on us. I also found out that they charged us more than double the original price of the room because we booked from USA. There’s still a lot more to complain but just saying everything, re lives the moment of frustration talking to the staff and customer service. It was a total night mare. Do yourself a favor, This hotel is a total trash. If I can give a 0 rating I would. "

"Great for family stays and for sure I will be returning soon. However best to select the place in person so you know where you will be staying."
