Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Very quiet and picturesque location. Excellent breakfast and spa. Only slight negative is we upgraded to a Deluxe room and I would suggest it was average rather than deluxe.

We had an incredible time, the cottage is so beautiful and has a lovely view of the loch, it is an easy walk to Luss which is so cute. Gillian is a very responsive host and replied immediately to my messages. There were one or 2 small hiccups but nothing to detract from the fantastic time my family ...
