「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. 「The position of the hotel in Deal the fact that the room had its own entrance with a key pad to get into it. The only small issue was the sound of the traffic going past but it was ok for us. Very glad to find the room had a AC unit in it as our time was during the hottest day and nights this year」

「Brilliant stay in a fantastic cottage. Very kind and communicative owners, who were very generous in their welcome gesture towards me. The cottage is immaculately clean and has everything you could wish for for a short and longer stay. The cottage is very spacious and also peaceful and quiet so you can enjoy a truly relaxing time away. Great location to explore the coastline or Kent in land. I would love to come back in future to have the same experience again. Thanks for everything. 」

「We were very lucky to get a parking spot as it was just on the road at the front of the building. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately the en-suite consisted of toilet and shower only - the wash hand basin was in the bedroom where there were no towel rails. The gentleman who greeted us was excellent as he had to do everything including cooking the breakfasts due to his manager being unwell.」

「Charming hotel and great location. Bar and restaurant onsite were very nice and handy. Breakfast was amazing! Hospitality of the staff, also amazing. Don't let limited parking scare you, they have a nice arrangement for inexpensive overnight parking just across the street. Older facility, so don't expect air conditioning, and of course we stayed there during a historical heat wave in the UK for May. On normal nights, I think temps would be fine. Would recommend and stay at again.」

「We recently attended a nearby wedding and stayed at The Five Bells, an amazing family-run pub and B&B. The family room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with complimentary toiletries that were especially appreciated as we’d forgotten ours at home. Mary and her daughters were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this lovely place.」

「I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

「Breakfast was, indeed excellent. The room was tiny and un-airconditioned, but the mattresses were good and the shower hot and strong in the similarly tiny bathroom.」

「We were expecting a well maintained, boutique hotel, sadly it was not. Although refurbished in Nov 2014, the state of our room (1) lacked maintenance. Although each was relatively minor, when 10 issues are present, then the result is a disappointment. I relayed these to the receptionist on departure, and she seemed reluctant to seriously acknowledge the problem. This summed up the general feeling of laissez-faire.」

「This is a basic, old, seaside hotel on the sea front. Price wise, if there hadn't been any issues, I would say you get what you pay for. However, there were issues, I made a pay on arrival booking for 5 rooms, they took two of the payments from my account several days before my stay then lied saying EXPEDIA had taken them. They had not. They were quite rude in their replies giving all sorts of excuses and blaming Expedia. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water in any of the rooms, ...
