Convenient location to Shopping, Schools, Schweitzer Mtn Ski Resort, The Festival at Sandpoint, Barlow Stadium, Historical Museum & Park, & Public boat launch. Rent a bike or walk on the many paths that are available downtown. Lake Pend Oreille is know for it's Rainbow Trout & Bass fishing, water sports, camping & hiking. Sandpoint is also host to many amazing restaurants. Come stay & enjoy the beauty in our area.

Beautiful clean and well equipped

Overall a really nice place to stay. Great spot for Schweitzer ski trip and to enjoy cute Sand Point. More of a residential area away from downtown, but still very close.

Ski trip getaway

Very nice condo. Close to Schweitzer mountain ski resort. The main drawback was the very thin walls. (could hear neighbors like they were right in the next room and also dog was barking quite a bit over there) Overall very clean place and great location!

Cozy, clean great location!

Celebrated Christmas with our 3 adult children riding the slopes at Mt Schweitzer. Heated bathroom floors, functional large kitchen, thirsty clean towels, comfortable beds, ceiling fans, and garage.... All within 20 min drive to the mtn! Family/living room is on 2nd floor which was different. Cozy couch and recliner with perfect TV For movies.
