Our stay was great. The suite was VERY clean, had everything we needed for 2 people for a week. We cooked several meals at home as the kitchen was very well stocked with potspans/ appliances, spices, etc. Check in was simple and directions to the suite and parking were provided making it very easy to find. Katie and Steve were wonderful hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond … even gave us a bowl of freshly picked blackberries! This was a very quiet and safe neighbourhood that was close to everything. Great riding and walking trails and only a few short minutes to downtown or the city beach. Would definitely recommend.

My partner and I were in town for a concert and this property was perfect for our stay. Super cute space with all modern amenities. Clean and very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area again!

This studio is charming! It is well stocked and very comfortable. Katie was great and was there for any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this place and we hope to stay again in the future!

Everything you need!

Well stocked. Exceptionally clean. A little hard to locate on the property. This unit is attached to the main house and not marked very well. Property is beautiful and on a street with very little traffic making morning walks a breeze. Owners exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Able to sleep 4 with ease. Beds very comfortable.

Quaint little studio

We had a great stay. It was a bit tight for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys but we were on the move for the most part so only slept here. Excellent location for access to town and easy to get to all areas. Katie responded timely to all our questions and came to the yard to say hello, which was super nice. We would definitely stay here again. It is on our favourites list for Sandpoint.

Amazing Studio

Great location - easy to get to from downtown. The studio is part of a home but they did not deter us. The owner is amazing! She was there for us every step of the way, delivered everything we asked for. We will most definitely stay there again!

Comfortable week stay

The owner has gone to great efforts to make this a very comfortable, well appointed place to stay- especially for a week long stay. Large well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge set-up. I was here in summer, no AC but ceiling and floor fans kept the space very comfortable (slept well); efficient fireplace for the winter.

This stay was perfect for me, my husband and our 3 month old to stay in. A very nice place with a lovely bathroom, full kitchen and great living space. I would t recommend this for more than 2 people unless someone wants to sleep on the couch, but it was perfect for us!

Wonderful studio!

Communication with host was great. The studio was brand new, clean, tastefully decorated & had all the comforts of home. Our bed was so comfortable, linens were great and the pull-out sofas were a bonus for extra sleeping room. As a houseplant and garden fanatic, I loved having real plants in the space & seeing the landscaping & host’s veggie garden made me really feel at home. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect getaway

We rented this nice unit for a few nights at the end of our vacation and had a great stay! Everything was new and up to date, very clean! It was quick trip into town and visit the lake/get some shopping done, and a great way to get out of the core of downtown Sandpoint. The parking instructions seemed to be a bit different when we got there (not covered) but there was no issues. The small induction pan was also not working. I would recommend for a quick stay in the beautiful town of Sandpoint!

Hidden Gem! Awesome Host

Had a wonderful relaxing stay at this property. Everything was new and clean. Location was in a quiet neighborhood and close to Downtown Sandpoint. Katie made us feel right at home and asked if we needed anything else during our stay. Would definitely come back again.

Great place. Had the feeling you’re still attached to a house. We do feel obligated to say the bed was soft and comfy at first bit did not provide a good night’s rest.

Fantastic place in a great location

We have been travelling to Sandpoint for work frequently and found this jem by chance. Freshly remodeled apartment, very clean, well stocked and well cared for. Very nice responsive owners.
