We had a great stay here for three nights. The host was very easy to reach and communicate with, which made everything simple. The home was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well laid out. We liked the second floor living space for card games and cocktails. It’s conveniently located near good restaurants, espresso spots, and about 20–25 minutes from Schweitzer Resort.The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the appliances all appeared to be in like-new condition. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus and worked perfectly for our group. This place was a great fit for us, and we would absolutely stay here again back.

Excellent time in Sandpoint

Property was very clean. Listing was very accurate. Location perfect for downtown access, or attending the music festival events. Within walking distance actually. Check in/check out process was easy and convenient. Overall, very impressive property and will definitely stay there again if I’m in Sandpoint. One, very, minor gripe is lack of Kuerig-like coffee maker. Seems odd that rentals like this would not have these since buying full bag of coffee of one flavor doesn’t make sense for short stays with multiple people in property. Again, minor issue, more of a suggestion really.
