This is the lower private unit of the family home built by former US Congressman (Hoover, FDR) William Fiesinger and his wife Maud. Please check our other listings to view the upper unit or rent the entire home!

Wake up in the #1 coastal small town in the US, with close access to coffee shops, waterfront dining, nightlife and the ferry to the islands.... all within 3 blocks! Cedar point is only a 6-min drive!

The unit features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms and a living room with a sofa bed, this property offers an amazing stay for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like central air and heating, 5G internet WiFi, a front porch with swing and seat and rear patio with BBQ and fire pit. 5 stars! Check in was a breeze, great communication with the host, Dave. Very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well provided with coffee, tea and a bonus of snacks on the counter! The Bedroom was very comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens. The living room was charming, felt very welcoming. Also, I the back patio. It was great for morning coffee or evening beverages and conversation.The mural added to the overall charm of the place. Oh, and there is additional seating on the front porch, enjoyed lunch there a couple of times. Bonus: The house is within walking distance to downtown and the lake!
