I absolutely had a pleasant stay here! I will be coming back next summer to stay there. The staff was amazing, absolutely kind and informative on what there was to do in the area. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful

They were scrubbing the walkways outside of our rooms. Maybe the room needed carpet cleaned it smelled a little musty or would have been nice to have a spot to dry our pool clothes. We did sneak in some drinks at the pool because we didnt realize how you spend in Put-in-bay. Its honestly just transaction after transaction, anyways. What really made us disappointed was a certain bar tender around the pool literally degrading us in front of everyone and taking our drinks awat that we purchased. I would have pressed charges because it is blatant theft. We let it slide thoug, the DJ at the pool was exceptional and did purchase 44 dollars worth of drinks, the two fish bowls and then got degraded in front of strangers. We all have that friend who just wants to have fun, go against the rules. We werent hurting anybody, but we did decide to cut our stay short after. The gaurds at the pool were very chill, fun, and they did check every bag. Again, very dissapointed in said woman bar tender and grabbing our drinks and touching our stuff without consent. I hope she see this, she needs to calm down like Taylor Swift.

We liked it was close to attractions. The property in general needed cleaned/painted. Dead bugs on window ledge. Dining room had water stains on ceiling along with our room.

We stayed here on a Monday night and had a great experience. Friendly accommodating staff. Very clean. Pool area was nice and there is an outside bar as well. I would stay here again!

Our room was musty smoky smell. It was clean and we liked the courtyard which was away from the pool and bar. If you are looking to party this is the pool for you.

We didn’t realize how much of a party town Put in Bay is on the weekend. When the taxi first dropped us off there was a loud party at the pool for a booty shaking contest. The alcohol was flowing and the smell of pot filled the air. The receptionist made us wear bright pink arm bands so we could enter the lobby and pool since we were guests. We were not interested in the party. Or the pool filled with 100 bodies. Luckily our room was in the building across the street and as soon as the door closed the noise was blocked out and the AC was cold. The room was comfortable. The shower was amazing!! The beds were fine. A little firm but ok. My only complaint was the height of the sink and soap dispensers. The soap dispensers are at least 5’ up on the wall. I couldn’t bend over the sink enough to wash my face because it was so tall and I’m 5’7”. The towels are kept on a high rack that I could barely reach. Also, even though breakfast is listed as an amenity, there is NO breakfast served on the weekends. However, the staff will recommend some good places. Downtown and the marina are a close walk. Just watch out for the million golf carts.

My husband and I had to switch rooms 3 times very inconvenient. First time the refrigerator was not working, second time room was very smelly, finally was transfered to a room that was okay. Talked to the manager claimed they weren't able to smell anything, that was the next day. However, the service representative agreed with us. Not happy about the outcome regarding compensation.

This is a party hotel so keep that in mind when you book. The pool is open to anyone that comes by and on the weekend, standing room only. The rooms are fine but definitely have seen a lot of use. The elevator quit a few times when we were there.

It's such a basic room, nothing in there was updated, there was no microwave. There's no light in the elevator which I thought was weird. I paid extra for the balcony but I didn't realize it was just the second floor. So you're pretty much paying for the area and then the pool, which the pool is nice. But I don't think it was worth almost $300 on a Tuesday.

Property is run down. The fire alarm kept going off in our room. The electric went completely out. There is no phone. The room are so small you can barely walk around the beds. The staff on the phone told me one thing, and then the staff at the hotel told me another. Therenwas no ice. The elevator stunk. The weird smell of the place made iyr cloan clothes smell so bad i had to wash them when we got home. The "breakfast" was cereal and bagels. Coffee was always out. TV had 3 channela that worked. I will never stay here again.

The staff was not friendly at all. They made an error in booking and put us in a room that could only accommodate 4 when we had 6 listed during booking. The managers response was “the best we can do is charge you $200 in CASH” to accommodate the remaining occupants. They had no other rooms available.

The “hotel”was extremely rundown and dirty. The towels, were paper thin and the bath towel was barely bigger than a hand towel. There was no shower head. The sheets were dirty and very thin. The hotel said only guests could use the pool. This was untrue. They let anyone in that could show a drivers license proving age of 21. The pool and hot tub were full of drunks dancing provocatively. Loud music began playing at 9 am and went on all day. I felt like I was at college spring break. No way was my party of 6 coming close to the pool. The place is a dump and the name resort and conference center is a joke. People were yelling and screaming well past 4:30 am. We literally did not sleep the two nights we stayed there. $25 per night would be too much to spend on this rat hole. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Don’t even consider a stay here.
