Welcome to your perfect Sandusky escape in this newly furnished home! This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it ideal for families, groups, or a relaxing getaway with friends.

Prime Locations:
-Downtown Sandusky: 15 minute walk to the Island Ferry, restaurants, bars, and shops.
-Cedar Point: 3.2 miles
-Sports Force Parks: 3.5 miles
-Kalahari Resort & Waterpark: 6.5 miles


THE SPACE
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1 (First Floor): Full Bed
Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): Queen Bed
Additional Sleeping Area in the open area at the top of the steps (Second Floor): Twin Bed

Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms, one on each floor, stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries.

Kitchen & Coffee Bar:
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (gas stove), cookware, dishes, and a coffee bar.

*We do not have traditional cable, but guests are welcome to log onto their own accounts with the available streaming platforms

*Bait House Brewery is directly behind the home. They do have live music some nights that can be heard while standing outside the home.

*Parties, Events, and Noice Policy -
Parties and events are not permitted. Please be mindful of noice levels and respectful of neighbors and fellow guests at all times. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO HOST A PARTY OR EVENT, THIS WILL NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT. GUESTS WHO DO NOT FOLLOW THIS RULE MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.

*Stairs to the upstairs are steep.

*The doorway to the upstairs bedroom is short so if you are taller you will need to duck to get into the bedroom

**We do have security cameras at the home - one on the front porch and one on the garage facing the back door. We use these mainly to monitor noice.
