5,500 sq. ft. of meticulously designed, decorated luxury living. Only 20 minutes to Alta Snowbird, and 25 to Brighton Solitude.
Come home after a beautiful day of skiing Utah's finest powder and relax on the sofa by the 3 sided fireplace,
Watch football next to the fireplace upstairs' while the kids watch a movie downstairs in the family room on our 85" TV.
Or if you choose spend time lounging or swimming in the dual zone hot tub / swim spa, taking in the snowy mountain views.
Completely new, remodeled down to the studs (completed in October 2022). King beds in every bedroom except one room that has 2 very cool custom bunk beds, with a total of 4 comfortable queen size mattresses'.
A total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and two huge common spaces to hang out in.. Every inch of the house is professionally designed and decorated.
PS: The house actually sleeps up to 16 guests - please let us know if you plan to have more than 16.

We had a great stay with our 4 families for a ski vacation. The house was very spacious, allowing us to spread out and provided great places for us to get together and hang out for games and dinner.

Location and house were great! Plenty of room for everyone. Amenities and supplies provided were unexpected but a great addition. Queen bunk beds were also great for the “teenage” group.

Recent stay
This is a beautiful house! Me and 15 of our friends/family stayed there the week of our wedding and were planning on using it for a brunch the day after. However, two days before check-in the owner messaged us and said the dishwasher was broken and the part was back ordered. I didn’t respond and he called me and said we could possibly use the top rack. Upon checking out I thanked them and voiced my disappointment with the dishwasher being broken as that made it difficult for our group of 16 to eat there and made it unable for us to host our brunch there (one of the main reasons we booked this house). In his response, he backtracked and said that when he called me he said we could still use the dishwasher as long as it was not overfilled. This was absolutely not the case. Besides that, everything was fine. It is right night to a busy road that can be loud at night.

U of U Graduation Celebration
Our family of 12 stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate our son and his girlfriend’s graduation weekend from the U. The house was perfect for this large of a group with every room having king beds and the bunk room being perfect for the little kids. We enjoyed the hot tub and deck for bbq and some corn hole. The downstairs family room was great for the younger crew to play pool and hang out. The kitchen is large and spacious for several cooks to prep meals. The view of the Wasatch mountains was breathtaking. David was responsive and ver welcoming. We would stay again for sure

High class home for large group
I highly recommend this property for anyone with a large group! We had four close families with teenage kids. The kids could bunk together in the amazing queen size bunk beds and each family had their own bathroom. The home is outfitted amazingly well. Everything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect with amazing views and close, easy access to the canyons for skiing. The hot tub is huge! The hosts are very engaged and responsive. We couldn’t ask for more.
