“Room dirty. Bed saggy and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was advertised but was minimal. No coffee pot in room. Towels mismatched and worn. Pool was hard to access and despite the sign that said it opened at 6:00 AM. I was told it really didn’t open until 7:00 which made it impossible for me to use. Worst was the manager Gina Treat. She treated me very rudely.
All other staff were pleasant and tried hard to be helpful. I wish I had their names. It must be difficult to work with a mean manager in……

“Staff was very nice. Definitely not your typical chain property. Ex: front desk staff was doing laundry when I checked in. Fridge had leftover food and garbages were not emptied. Property is convenient and clean. Rooms have kitchenette but you have to ask for dishes and pots and pans. Not even a spoon in the drawer lol. Shower was clean. Felt safe. Close to airport and Applebees. ”

“This has to be one of the nastiest places I've ever stayed in my life. Part of the floor is just perpetually wet, large chunks of the wall are just coming off, or are already fallen off/apart, the fridge and microwave are down right deplorable, The bedding smelt bad (I ended up getting my own sheets and blanket to use) the air out of the air conditioner smelt bad like everything else, the floor was dirty so I ended up washing it myself, the sink sprayed water everywhere, the TV had duct tape……
