「This was our second stay at this lovely cottage on Mangrove Bay in Somerset Village. Christine is wonderful to deal with and our stay had all the right amounts of beach time, snorkeling, relaxation, ferry trips to both Hamilton and St George and some really great food throughout our stay. 「Jody was a fantastic host, he answered questions promptly and was very knowledgeable. The room was much larger than we anticipated and we loved how close it was to the bus stops - right outside the door in both directions and about a 7 minute walk to the ferry. Kitchen was very well stocked 」

「This house has a great historic Bermuda vibe while having all the modern amenities. The layout is awesome. A 3 bedroom configuration in one wing is great for a family, then several bedrooms in the front part of the house and then another 3 in the downstairs layout. It was great for the 3 families we had on our trip! the check in and check out process was so easy. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms but note that there is not AC in the front common rooms. Not a big deal unless you are going in...

「Our stay was wonderful because we enjoyed both the welcoming hosts and the beautiful seaside views and proximity to our own water access. The cottage was clean and had all that we needed. The approach to the property was a little challenging but we adapted to it. We were able to charge our little electric vehicle overnight, so that was great. The walk up the hill to the grocery store was a bit steep so we drove. All in all we had a wonderful, quiet stay. 」

「The place was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Being able to jump right in the water was great for our kids! The location is very convenient with the bus stop right in front and in walking distance to the Glass Beach and Dockyard. 「First time VRBO users vs all inclusive or cruises, but that anxiety didn't last long. Loved the acccess to busses and ferries and the supermarket was well within reach with a bus stop right there.Christine even offered to pick up groceries and put them in the refridgerator for us, but we didn't know what we wanted and planned on eating out alot..Having a private dock and beach was a plus.Very secure and we never even locked our doors.Another very pleasant thing was how kind the locals are, young...
