“Place was amazing, very well equipped home. Eclectic style with a mix of old Florida home meets modern amenities. Beds are very comfy, house is nice and spacious. Has an in law sweet great for anyone needing some privacy in your group. Host is very helpful, area is nice and only 30 minutes from Orlando, Frloida springs and many other things to do. Down the street from downtown Sanford which is beautiful and has many parks and a vast lake to see. Highly recommend to stay here. ”

“The house was clean. The weather wasn't nice so wespent some time at the German Restaurant in the Old Town Sanford. Had some fun and good food.”

“Was not in a nice neighborhood. Homes around rental looked very run down.Close to Sanford Airport; alot of jet noise.Washer and dryer smelled moldy. Towels smelled moldy. Dryer had to go through 3 drying cycles to dry the towels.The back door has no curtain/blind or frosting on the full door of windows with no privacy. I was not given check in instructions. Had to contact host for them. Never given checkout instructions.For the price I paid, not worth it to me for 3 nights we stayed there.”

“Michelle was a wonderful host. Communicating with her was easy and she responds very quickly. There was a thoughtful welcome basket that we enjoyed.The location worked well for us, close to family, 40 min to Universal, and close to downtown Sanford.The property is very clean and has a cool aesthetic.It was well stocked with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, kitchen supplies.There is a Publix just 10 min away.The use of the garage was a great bonus.We would stay here……

“Our stay at Arcadia was perfect! The house was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you might need. Our host was great to work with. And having the golf cart to go downtown for dinner and shopping was icing on the cake. Would definitely stay here again!”
