Entire unit recently updated with new paint, new furniture and beds and bathrooms are handicapped accessible. This unit has everything you will need for a memorable Sanibel vacation! The master bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds in the side room off the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom can be made into a king bed upon request, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This is a non-smoking condo and is decorated and equipped for your enjoyment, including central air, 4 satellite flat-screen Smart TVs, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. On arrival, your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will enjoy your private garage which contains beach chairs and beach umbrella for your c.onvenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply.
