Rare Walkout Condo On Sanibel Beach

"Overall very nice comfortable cozy condo. Very nice pool area. We stayed on the ground floor. No steps to climb. LOVE the beach is like a 2 minute walk. The beach was very nice when we were there. Everyone in the area is super nice and polite. Was warned about the no see ums. Tried to keep spray on but they still got us!"

"The room was clean, but they did tell us it was ready and a repair man was still in the room that we had to wait on before we could put our stuff in. Staff was friendly but no real instruction on how to check out, either in person or in writing, so we winged it and just went by standard check out times. The beach chairs on the beach were nice to be able to use and it was nice to have a bathroom by the pool as well. Overall a good stay and would consider coming back."

"We were excited to be the first returning guests to P6D in almost four years! The views are spectacular and the unit was well stocked and looks fantastic. There are still on going repairs to the exterior of the building but they had very little impact on our stay. We had an amazing week and look forward to coming back next year. Thanks! Barry and Fran to opening up your home to us."

"Absolutely loved my stay at Casa Ybel. The beach is steps away and all of the units have back doors/ porches to make accessing the beach even easier. Check in was ok. The young lady helping me even held my groceries since our room was not ready yet and then had them delivered to our room. Some of the young maintenance staff came in while I was checking in and seemed to try and start an argument with her, but she kept professional. I would absolutely stay here again."
