Schön- schön teuer

Die Wohnung selbst sehr schön mit fantastischer Aussicht und einem tollen Ort Sankt Englmar. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin problematisch, Check-In funktionierte nicht, Vermieterin über lange Zeit telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Veraltete Touristeninfos in der Wohnung, Unterschlagung von Sonderangeboten für Touristen. Vermieter von Ferienwohnungen im Bayerischen Wald sind verpflichtet, den Touristen ein Guti-Ticket auszustellen. Dies erfuhren wir an unserem letzten Tag im Rathaus des Ortes. Bei Beschwerden und Kritik überhebliche und sehr arrogante Antworten des Vermieters. Für 200 Euro die Nacht definitiv zu wenig.

Schönes Apartment in sehr schöner Lage mit ziemlich schlichter Ausstattung

Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war immer auf kurzem Weg möglich und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist in sehr schöner Lage und mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Kinder und Erwachsene ringsherum. Bis auf kleine Ecken ist die Wohnung sauber und schön hell. Die Ausstattung ist leider nicht besonders hochwertig, so dass sowohl das Bett (extrem weich) als auch die "Schlafsofas" (Holzgestell mit dünner, harter Matte darauf) recht schnell zu Rückenproblemen führen. Mängel wurden allerdings recht freundlich und mit Zusage auf Verbesserung von den Verantwortlichen aufgenommen. Mit etwas Investition empfehlenswert, schon der Möglichkeiten im Umfeld wegen.

Really nice!

The apartment is really nice!...Everything is clean and works. Recently renovated with stylish Ikea furniture. The location on the top floor is super with beautiful views wherever you look. The site/resort is a little worn, but the facilities are ok...we enjoyed the pools and outside ping-pong table...We recommend a walk in the park down in the city of Sankt Englmar...We recommend this apartment for a great stay in the area..

Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Hier fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Leider ist der Zustand der Anlage bei weiterem nicht auf dem Niveau der schönen Wohnung. Das Schwimmbad ist noch das beste an der Anlage. Trotzdem haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und ein paar erholsame Tage im Bayrischen Wald verbracht.

wunderschöne Wohnung, herrlicher Blick - toller Urlaub

moderne Wohnung in einer etwas älteren Anlage. Wir waren jetzt schon das fünfte mal in der Anlage, aber noch nie in einer so schönen Wohnung. Helle Möbel, sehr gute Ausstattung und ein herrlicher Blick. Die gegend ist ideal zu Skifahren für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene. Die beiden Kids waren wieder begeistert. Schön auch: Bademantel überziehen, ab zum fahrstuhl und schon ist man im Schwimmbad. Die Betreuung durch die Inhaberin per mail ist klasse. Ein Tipp nur: Im Hotel selber gibt es nur zwei Sorten "Aufbackbrötchen" - direkt gegenüber ist ein "Dorfladen" - da sind ist die Brötchenauswahl deutlich besser.

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich gut organisiert.

Rund um Sankt Englmar gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten und man kann viel unternehmen. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber aktuell saniert. Schönes Schwimmbad. Sehr freundliche Menschen und gutes Essen zu familienfreundlichen Preisen im Ort Sankt Englmar.

Mit Kleinkind super geeignet

Die Ferienwohnung ist echt schön und praktisch. Es ist bis auf vielleicht eine Mikrowelle alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war auch wirklich in Ordnung. Das Objekt an sich ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit sich Brötchen an der Rezeption zu bestellen und die dann Morgens ab 8 Uhr abzuholen. Was dabei seltsam war, Wir haben drei verschiedene Preise für die gleichen Brötchen bezahlt. :-) Der Weg zur Tiefgarage ist auch in Ordnung, wenn man nicht durch die Gänge läuft, sondern an der Straße hoch und am Restaurant vorbei. In der näheren Umgebung kann man auch echt einiges machen, was mit Kleinkinder geeignet ist. Und als Freibad kann man das in Viechtach sehr empfehlen, dieses ist nämlich leider nicht im Prospekt der Gemeinde. Das Restaurant Bayerwald im Ort ist echt nicht zu empfehlen. Dafür gibt es in Grün direkt an der Kreuzung ein echt gutes Restaurant mit durchgehend wärmer Küche. Also die Unterkunft ist echt empfehlenswert wenn auch das Gebäude und die Einrichtungen Renovierungsbedarf haben. Kommen gerne wieder.
