“The cleanliness, privacy, spa, outdoor swimming pool which has the perfect temperature allowing us to swim for as long as we wanted and also the ski academy with slopes a few steps away! It was also a convenient 13 minute ride to city centre and also had a local shop nearby. The ski room and indoor shop were good as well. Food was of high quality, especially room service which often isn’t in some hotels. ”

“Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out.
They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel.
But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave.
Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work.
This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.”
