Lovely place, Nice view, Take into account that there is no tv and the wifi is rather poor. But you're on holiday..! The drive from the village to the chalet might be a pleasure for good drivers but more or less a challenge for less experienced drivers.

Ein Bauernhaus mit echter Geschichte. Kein Retroschnulli. Ein Gefühl wie vor 300 Jahren, aber gepaart mit behutsamer Modernisierung. Man muss auf nichts verzichten. Für uns einer der schönsten Urlaube. Geniales Oktoberwetter und dieser entspannende Charme des Hause mit seiner tollen Lage haben ein permanentes Grinsen ins Gesicht gemeißelt. Viele Grüße und Danke nochmal an den Vermieter Florian.

Abgesehen davon dass das Haus 300 Jahre alt ist, kann ich für den Preis doch etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwarten. An den Betten waren dicke Spinnennetze. Auf den Schränken und Nachttischen lag der Dreck von den Vormietern. Oben im Schlafzimmer kann man nur mit Schuhen gehen, da man sich schnell einen Splitter eintritt. Ein entsprechender Teppich wäre besser. Wenn man nachts Licht an macht, krabbeln Silberfische übers Bett. Direkt neben meinem Kopf. In den Wänden hört man die Holzwürmer knappern. Wenn das Bett direkt an der Holzwand steht, hat man ein sehr Unwohles Gefühl. Ich konnte noch nie so schlecht schlafen - auch die Matratzen sind einfach durch. Die Couch und die Kissen wirken total speckig und dreckig. Auch die Sitzkissen in der Küche sind dreckig und staubig. Ich habe mich in diesem Haus / Wohnung sehr unwohl gefühlt. Es passen auch niemals 10 Personen in die Küche geschweigedenn ins Wohnzimmer. Das Internet ist auch sehr schlecht - wir arbeiten auch im Urlaub und da ist man auf ein vernünftiges Netz angewiesen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und der Blick entschädigt teils für das schmutzige Empfinden. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Gesellschaftsspiele. Tirol ist wunderschön und immer wieder ein Besuch wert.

Sehr schönes altes Umgebautes Bauernhaus, wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt wir waren dieses Jahr schon zum zweiten Mal dort, liegt sehr schön oben am Berg mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Der Vermieter Florian ist sehr nett und es ist auch alles da was man dort braucht. Wir haben wieder einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin. Lage des Ferienhauses war perfekt - Anreise mit dem PKW mit Schneeketten bis vors Haus möglich, trotzdem direkt an der Skipiste gelegen, dazu noch 2 Carports - einfach perfekt. Das renovierte 300 Jahre alte Bauernhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet (tolle Kombination von Alt und Neu). Auf der schönen Südterrasse mit Holztisch und Liegestühlen kann man prima draußen sitzen und genießen. Allerdings ist das Doppelzimmer im EG sehr klein und hat nur einen kleinen Schrank, der bei einer Belegung mit 2 Personen nicht ausreicht um alle Kleider zu verstauen. Auch der Platz am Tisch in der Küche ist, unserer Meinung nach bei einer Belegung mit 10 Personen ziemlich knapp bemessen (für unsere 7-köpfige Gruppe war es ausreichend). Es wäre auch schön, wenn im Badezimmer im EG ein paar Haken oder Halterungen zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern und Kleidern etc. vorhanden wären. Ansonsten war aber Alles perfekt und wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Accommdatie was netjes en ruim en op een fantastische locatie. Door het mooie weer hebben we optimaal gebruik gemaakt van het terras en bbq. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Goed startpunt voor uitstappen. Ook Dichtbij de mtb trail die vanuit het huisje makkelijk te bereiken is.

Nette Vermieter und eine tolle Lage der Hütte mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick. Gleich in der Nähe sind Wanderwege, Hochseilgarten, eine Mountain Cart Strecke und es ist auch nicht weit bis nach St. Johann. Die Hütte verbindet Urigen-Style mit Moderne und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Aufenthalt im Sommer hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist auch eine gute Adresse im Winter, da gleich daneben die Ski-Piste an der Hütte vorbei läuft.

Toller Urlaub in einer tollen Hütte

Toller Urlaub auf der Berghütte mit 11 Personen. Die urige Hütte hatte große Zimmer mit vollausgestatteter Küche. Die Hütte lag direkt am Berg und Wanderwege führten fast direkt an der Hütte vorbei. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. WIr werden wieder kommen :)
