“Room was huge and really lovely Themed rooms.
Staff couldn’t do enough for you & the garden & general hotel were really good.
Good eat as much as you want breakfast.
No tea making facilities in rooms which is a must for British travellers. That 1st cuppa.”

“The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins. “Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, ich war im Erdgeschoss und konnte mein Fahrrad mit reinnehmen. Ich konnte im See baden. Es sind viele sportliche Unternehmungen möglich.
Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend.
