"Just stayed for a layover but staff was efficient and offered upgrade for just a few extra yen. Room was cozy and very relaxing. Buffet breakfast was excellent although not include in base price. And this hotel offers free shuttle to AEON mall then to JR Narita station for train ride to airport. Also there is another shuttle line which offers direct service to and from the airport. Hassle free accomodation. Highly recommended."

"Most amazing hotel. Very comfortable room and staff was so welcoming. Room was spacious and towels, shower and amenities were luxurious. Hotel included breakfast with so many delicious foods for Japanese or Western tastes. Afternoon tea time and cocktails were also included. The appetizers were amazing. What a treat for their guest which started in the morning all the way to night. The generousity of the hotel was much appreciated!! The staff was so kind and professional."

The MyStays is the old Tokyu, and it's as good as ever - clean, good restaurant, reliable van, crew restaurant on the lower floor, pretty garden, convenient to NRT airport. It's a good choice all around. "
