The apartment consists of a large double bedroom with a spacious four seasons wardrobe and another bedroom with two single beds, a bright living room with sea view, a kitchen and a bathroom with window. Large entrance to stop any bicycles, corridor, three balconies. Quiet building, fifth floor with elevator, convenient to all services / shops of all kinds, five minutes from the bike path, beaches, ports, parks and culture .... for this, it is also suitable for families.
Central heating, which can be managed from the inside through the thermo-valves. Automatic hot water. Shared parking.
Spacious, quiet, bright, vintage, comfortable, heated in winter, cool in summer.
Pets are allowed.
Reachable via the Aurelia Bis by car, and on foot, by convenient shortcut.
For your friends you will find some bowls and the cat toilet available. it is only required to bring the bed / sofa cover.
In the living room there are some books, a mini-mini-library, in case you find one of your liking and do not finish reading during your holiday ... take it! .... but please leave another in his place, what you have now read, in any language, for the next guests to come.
Directions to arrive:
- on the motorway: exit at Arma di Taggia, after the toll booth, continue to the indication on the right, which indicates Sanremo to take the Aurelia Bis, exit at the second "San Martino" and enter the only road almost arrived! all, so far, in 15 minutes by car! and soon you can stay at the reservation ....
- from the coastal road: continue on Aurelia a) coming from Imperia, up to the Sanremo soccer field; b) from France, once in Sanremo cross the city to go in the opposite direction to the Villa Nobel
- by train: Sanremo stop, at the exit you will find the taxi stop, in front, across the street you will find the bus stop, all are fine (any line) ticket cost € 1.50, very few stops

We provide the bed linen / towels and the weekly change, there is no washing machine, self service laundry not too far away, for periods longer than a month it will be possible to evaluate solutions.
Soon we will put the TV back on.

Note: the apartment has a certain age ..... there are some slight "flaws" I appreciate the tranquility, the proximity to the seafront and to the various expect a luxury apartment just reformed at the price ....
