The staff were truly lovely. It is a bit of a walk into town, but the hotel staff were very helpful with booking a taxi for the heat of the day. I would absolutely stay again.

Very historic and old world flavor hotel, excellent staff with kind hospitality and great food. Very close to Villa Nobel, the sea and gardens. It is not a 5 star hotel but you get more than what you pay for. Many Northern European guests but locals like to eat here.

Honestly, I would rate this hotel 3.5. The staff was helpful which pushes up my rating but the hotel itself is a bit worn down. You have to pay 20€ per person to use the sauna/small pool…which is a bit much for what it is. The location was quiet. It is a 20 minute flat walk into Sanremo. I would be better if they updated the decor and added a wine hour in the evening. The small bottle of prosecco on the first night was nice. The bathroom could really use a refresh.

A nice hotel with its own car park that did get very busy but we found that staff came out to help when we struggled to find space in the evening. We used the spa and despite us being able to speak no Italian, the therapist was very friendly and did her best with a little English and made us feel at ease.
