In Ibiza, the holiday home “Can Ramón” is located in a unique environment, surrounded by a Mediterranean forest full of pine and almond trees while also facing the sea, thus boasting amazing sea views. It is the ideal accommodation for nature lovers and families seeking a quiet holiday, as children can safely play and run in the plot while their parents relax. The villa consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, as well as 2 bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV, books and magazines, toys, a baby cot and a highchair. There are also fans in every room but, as the walls of the house are very thick and the breeze from the forest comes in through the windows the temperature inside the house is always nice. The house offers a nice terrace on the first floor with a dining table from where to enjoy the views over the beautiful landscape. One of the highlights of the property is its garden with an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, as well as a pool (10x50m) surrounded by a chillout area. You will find the closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as the next beach, Playa d’en Bossa, in the city of Ibiza, at just 12 minutes driving (7.7km). The airport can be reached in 15 minutes (9.5km).



Parking spaces are available on the property. Small pets are welcome. The homeowners leave a welcoming package for the guests with wine or champagne, olives, nuts and chips. They also leave soap for the washing machine and the dishwasher in the bathrooms. There are spare parts for the coffee machine, a fire extinguisher, a deadbolt lock and garbage bags available.
