Detached villa with private pool in street closed to traffic with automatic doors, situated on a high mountain facing the sea surrounded by pine trees, is part of a residential complex with swimming pool and tennis community, between the beaches of Cala Moli and Cala Tarida, with magnificent views of the sea, islands and S'Espartar Bledas. All West Coast beaches are within a maximum radius of 10 km (1.5 miles from San José de Sa Talia, 8 km from San Antonio, 10 km from the airport and 15km from Ibiza.)

The villa has an area of ​​120 m2 on a plot of 300 m2 completely fenced, featuring a large living room with TV and direct access to the terrace and private pool, fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, induction hob, washing machine , microwave, dishwasher ..), master bedroom with double bed and direct access to private pool terrace, a bathroom with natural light, guest bedroom with double bed and two single beds with separate entrance, bathroom bathroom with shower with natural light, third bedroom with double berth, large terrace with panoramic views and a pool (3 x 6), veranda furnished with dining room and outdoor Balinese beds, sun terrace, air conditioning throughout the villa, views sea, islands and S'Espartar Bledas with beautiful sunsets throughout the year.

For rent by week and month. Included in the price of light, water, pool maintenance and cleaning and linen change weekly. Prices based on length of stay.

Incroyable !

Tout était parfait ! La maison est très belle, et agréable. La terrasse est magnifique avec une sublime piscine. La vue est à couper le souffle. Nous avons vécu des couchés de soleil depuis la terrasse sublimes. Tout est très bien équipé et confortable, spacieux et très joli. Et un grand merci à Michel et Christina pour leurs attentions tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons à 1000% !

In de beschrijving staat ‘vrijstaande villa’ maar dit is niet waar. Een extra parasol of doek op het terras is geen overbodige luxe.Linnengoed werd niet wekelijks gewisseld.Maar we hebben genoten van dit prachtige onderkomen en het contact met eigenaar was zeer prettig. Mochten we ooit terugkomen dsn zullen wij weer voor deze woning kiezen.

Excellente villa !

La réservation s'est très bien passée, tout comme la communication avec Michel, le propriétaire. Cristina nous attendait sur place pour récupérer les clés. La villa était parfaite, propre, confortable et dans une résidence calme. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et de la vue sur la mer avec de beaux couchers de soleil. Tout était parfait. La villa est un peu éloignée de tout mais dans un cadre reposant. Je recommande !

Fantastischer Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt.Mit dem Mietwagen ging es über die Insel in die Cala Molí und Cristina hat uns zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt empfangen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit tollem Außenbereich. Die Kinder waren vom Pool begeistert. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch und es gibt viele Liegen im Außenbereich, sogar Strandspielzeug für die Kinder ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit viel Geschirr und Besteck usw. ausgestattet. Auch Salz, Zucker, Gewürze, Kakao Putzzeug usw. ist alles vorhanden. Super! Im kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke konnten die Kinder sogar problemlos allein zu Fuß das Baguette fürs Frühstück besorgen. Cala Vadella und Cala Tarida sind gleich um die Ecke und mit Auto easy zu erreichen.Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt dass wir mehrere Tage gar nicht an den Strand gefahren sind, sondern auf der Terrasse gechillt haben. Es ist ja alles da: Pool, Ausblick, Ruhe, Liegen, Sonnenschirme, kalt Drinks aus dem Kühlschrank…einfach klasse!

Absolutely fantastic

Highly recommend this house for couple, group of friends or family. Beautiful house with amazing interior and stunning views from the pool area and terrace. Terrace is best place to enjoy coffee in the morning or star gazing dinner and drinks. Michel and Cristina are such a lovely couple! They gave us house early and allowed for late check-out as well. They were always available for anything. We will definitely come back again.

Wir sind zum Zweiten mal in diesem Haus und es war wieder wunderbar. Ein großes Lob an Christina und ihren Helfer. Wir haben selten Leute gesehen, die derart gründlich reinigen. Ganz ganz klasse. Und dann wurde nach 1 Woche auch noch mal gereinigt und die Betten neu bezogen und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Sowas kennen wir garnicht. Wirklich toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Family house in quiet neighbourhood
