Spacious Holiday Home “Ca Nostra Ibiza” with Pool, Garden and Terrace

In Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, a charming village in the island of Ibiza, the beautiful holiday home “Ca Nostra Ibiza” impresses guests with its spacious outdoor area and its excellent location near the sea. It consists of a living room with a cozy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms (2 with one double bed each, one with 2 single beds, one with a queensize bed, one with a double bed and a single bed), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television. One of the main attractions of the house is undoubtedly its charming outdoor area, where you can cool off in the generous pool, relax with a good book on one of the sunbeds or even play tennis at the private tennis court in the evening. The closest restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity (200-300m, less than 5 minutes walking), but you will find a wider selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the centre of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, just a 4-minute drive from the property. The house is located 350 meters from the beach Port des Torrent (walking distance), but there are many other beaches nearby that you can also visit. Ibiza, the capital of the island and well known for its vibrant nightlife is just 27 minutes away by car (21.3km), while its airport is 21 minutes away (17km).
