Erneut einen schönen Aufenthalt

Nachdem wir vor ein paar Jahren schon einmal in dem Haus für einen Kurzurlaub waren, haben wir uns auch dieses Jahr für die Unterkunft entschieden. Wir haben es nicht bereut und wieder eine schöne Unterkunft vorgefunden. Frau Steiger antwortet schnell auf Fragen und die Kommunikation ist unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Haus , nette Vermieterin

Wir hatten schöne Tage, die beauftragte Hausverwaltung ( gibt jetzt eine Neue) war nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Vermieterin Frau Steiger hat dann sofort reagiert und alles persönlich zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst . Wir können es also nur positiv bewerten.

Super schönes Haus und sehr gute Lage

Wir sind gestern wiedergekommen und wäre sehr gerne da geblieben . Das Haus ist ein Traum . Der Garten, der Pool alles einfach mega schön . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder .

Superschönes Haus in sehr guter Lage

Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort Cala Millor ist sehr schön und lebhaft, hat ein tollen Strand und eine genau so tolle Fußgängerzone.

super Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool - gerne wieder!

wir sind zum zweiten Mal da gewesen - es ist Erholung pur. Will man Ruhe bleibt man im Haus geniesst den Pool, grillt Gambas oder Dorade. Am Abend alles beleuchtet , auch der Pool. Hat man Lust auf abendliches Schlendern ist die Strandpromenade von Cala Millor nur 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Für uns perfekt! Und wir kommen wieder! Danke auch an die tolle Vermieterin - super netter Kontakt schon vorab.

Tolle und erholsame Tage in Cala Millor

Die Finca bietet einem alles was das Herz begehrt. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Austattung. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Raum um sich ungestört zu Sonnen oder im Pool abzukühlen. Die Lage ist ideal gelegen und zum Strand sind es 1,2 KM. Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden. Vor allem möchte ich den hervorragenden Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hervorheben. Frau Steiger war immer erreichbar hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflüge und Sportaktivitäten gegeben. Eine sehr sympathische Dame, die sehr hilfsbereit war. Der Kontakt vor Ort war völlig Reibungslos und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für die schönen 5 Tage.

Tolles Haus

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus. Alles ist so wie beschrieben! Besonders zu erwähnen ist der Pool, der Garten und der Grill! Die Klimaanlagen sind in jedem Zimmer individuell einstellbar und leise! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf alle Fälle wieder und freuen uns schon drauf .

Super toll

So ein wunderschönes Haus habe ich nur selten erlebt. Hier hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns wie zu hause gefühlt. Der Pool ist super. Die Einweisung für das Haus, durch die Dame vor Ort, war auch sehr gut, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Lovely Spanish home

We spent 14 nights at casa de Justin and loved every minute. The house appears much bigger than expected. Kitchen had lots of cooking utensils/pans should you wish to cook. We spent all the time outside or taking a stroll into town. Takes about 15 minutes to walk into town about 20 to walk back as the last part is on a slight incline. Taxi varied from 4.20 - 7 euros depending on the time of day. There are large supermarkets within walking distance that have everything you need. Again we used taxis to do large shops so a car isn't necessary. Taxi from the airport with pmi taxi was 80 inward 70 return. The pool was great and needed as the temperature was in the late 30's. All in all a fantastic holiday. Special thanks to Agi for letting us stay. Highly recommend, will definately return.

Perfect!

We stayed in this lovely home as a family of 2 children (9 & 10), 2 parents and 2 grandparents. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac and the rear garden/pool area is not really overlooked from any angle. The photo's don't do justice to the size of the house and garden, the kids loved the pool - it was more than big enough. All 3 bedrooms and the living room have air-conditioning which was much needed in August. It is about a 15-20 minute walk down the hill to a good sized supermarket and also to the start of the bars & restaurants. A further ten minute walk were a large Mercadino and also a Lidl supermarket. We did a 'big shop' on a couple of occasions and got a taxi back up the hill. Taxi's from the bottom taxi rank back to the house were 4-5 Euro's. Despite the language difference, Agi was very helpful and communication was excellent - Agi's English is much better than my German! All in all an excellent 2 weeks and would definitely return. Recommended.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen ein verlängertes Wochenende in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es fehlt an nichts, ruhige Lage und doch zentral. Zu Fuß an die Promenade ca 15 Minuten und Supermärkte mit Auto schnell zu erreichen. Super dass wir bei Abreise länger im Haus bleiben dürften (war direkt im Anschluss frei), Kontakt sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen.

Vollständig ausgestattet Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Durch die zwei Badezimmer ist das Haus perfekt auch für mehrere Familien geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als vollständig. Man findest z.B. in jedem Schlafzimmer einen TV mit deutschen Programmen (Sat). Grillfreunde und Wasserratten werden in dem uneinsehbarem Garten auf ihre Kosten kommen. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar und auch der Strand ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Nimmt man das Auto sind´s max. 5 Minuten. Die kleine Finca liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Der Trubel und die Restaurants sind in gleicher Zeit wir der Stand erreichbar. Zusammengefasst eigentlich die perfekte Mischung aus Ruhe und Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten. Hervorheben möchte ich noch die gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Es wurde immer sehr schnell reagiert und auf alle unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung von uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mallorkinisches Flair nach deutschen Standart

Vierzehn wunderbare Urlaubstage haben wir im Casa de Justin verbringen dürfen. Ruhige Ortsrandlage mit schönem und gepflegten Garten (tägliche eigene Zitronenernte) inkl. Pool. Das Grundstück ist abgeschlossen und der Pool von jedem Punkt einsehbar - absolut für (Klein-) kinder geeignet. Die Zimmer sind alle klimatisiert und mit Flatscreens ausgestattet (sogar die deutsche Senderprogrammierung ist synchronisiert). Mit Strandutensilien ist es besser mit dem Auto zum Strand zu fahren (Zentralparkplatz). Ohne ist der Ort fußläufig erreichbar - ebenso die "Bar Rafael" an der benachbarten Straße: eine absolute Empfehlung. Der Supermarkt ist ebenfalls nahe - "Mercadonna" ist besser als der benachbarte "Lidl". Wir hatte in der Vergangenheit schon fünf bis sechs vergleichbare Objekte gemietet. Obwohl wir auch dort immer Glück hatten, ist dieses das objektiv preiswürdigste Haus.

Traumhaft Schön

Super schöne Ferien erlebt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sebst zu dieser Zeit konnten wir den tollen Pool nutzen, auch im Meer waren wir noch. Wir wurden von keinem gestört, nur der Poolservice kam drei mal die Woche aber störte uns ja nicht. Für die Getränke hatten wir ja sogar Zitronen aus dem Garten. Es war einfach fantastisch und wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Uraub den wir hier verbringen. LG Maria
