From the minute we entered the hotel, the staff were unbelievable. Friendly and informative, happy to explain what is available and best places to go. The sandy beach is a solid 1 mile away , but the coves and rocks are much closer and make amazing places to swim in the see. The food was varied every day and the all inclusive upgrade was huge benefit for the entire family. We will be back.

On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future.
