Villa Hibiscus - sea view, private pool, close to beach & restaurants, AC & wifi

Villa Hibiscus has open plan living with a fabulous sea view. All three bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans, and the main bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is wifi for anyone that wants to remain connected, a 40” HD smart TV and a Sonos music system.

The pretty garden has several areas to relax and unwind. The front terrace, with a sea view, has loungers as well as a built in BBQ, and both sun and shaded seating areas to enjoy al-fresco dining. On the back terrace you can enjoy lounging by the pool whilst the roof terrace has seating with spectacular views over the valley and Cala Torret coastline. The roof terrace and pool area are both gated for the safety of children.

The house is a short walk to Binibeca's beautiful sandy beach, bar Paupa at the marina and restaurants and cafes at Cala Torret. There is also a supermarket and bakery nearby.

Car hire is not necessary to enjoy the local area during the Summer season, but for those wishing to explore the unspoilt island and it’s many beautiful beaches, a car would be recommended.

There is much more to Menorca than summer sunshine and beaches. Out of the main season the island is popular with walkers, cyclists, mountain bikers (Cami de Cavalls), bird watchers (s'albufera des grau is a resting place for migrating birds) and foodies looking to enjoy the island’s varied gastronomy. Binibeca is quiet during this time and we would advise hiring a car but the spring and autumn low seasons are well worth a visit.

Absolutely perfect. Had a fantastic week and the villa was a great base and just as described. The view was stunning and there was everything there that you need. The location and the views were superb. The indoor space is small. The outdoor space was big and lovely. We really enjoyed the pool.It was very hot so we needed to spend time in the living room. The shower in the master bathroom was very difficult to use. But overall loved our stay.

Perfect Location

This house has a view of the sea and is in a small, quiet neighborhood. A pool gives a welcome cool-down. Five minutes from the house are a number of excellent restaurants, a market, and a gorgeous beach. Each of the 3 bedrooms has an air conditioner which saved us during the heat when we were there.

A return visit to Villa Hibiscus

We really enjoyed our two weeks in Villa Hibiscus. Ourselves, our daughter (29) and my parents (90!) were all appreciative of the quality of the accommodation, the pool, the multiple outdoor seating areas and the wonderful views. The catering facilities are excellent with the add of a outdoor BBQ, but the local restaurants are just a short walk away too and within strolling distance for my parents, as is the lovely village beach. Dining options in town were all good but I'd rate Barracuda as exceptional. It only has about 4 tables but well worth booking in advance. We had last visited 2 years ago and found Villa Hibiscus just as enchanting this time round! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Nous avons passé une super semaine chez Clare et Patrick. La maison est chaleureuse et très agréable. Proche des commerces et restaurants tout en étant au calme. Nous avions un petit de 2 ans, tout est conçu pour la sécurité des enfants avec des barrières entre la piscine, la terrasse, et l'extérieur.Clare et Patrick sont facilement joignables et se s'ont plié en 4 pour notre confort durant le séjour, pour cela nous vous en remercions. Wonderful family holiday

We had a lovely time in binibeca. The villa was perfect and we made good use of the pool and outside areas. Having a/c in the bedrooms was amazing and helped gettting the kids to sleep. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay at hibiscus villa, and our expectations were exceeded! The villa is spacious, homely and we loved all the different areas within it, from the rooftop to the pool and the tortoise in the garden. The road nearby is really quiet, virtually no cars and the walk to the beach and town really close. My family with young kids and grandparents had such an amazing time, thanks to the hosts for their contact and coms to make the process really easy and enjoyable. Would love to comeback oneday!

Menorca getaway adventure

A week of sun, chilling and for some running by the sea and playing in the pool! We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space very much. Making full use of the bbq and great outdoor seating. We enjoyed the local beach, the amazing bakery/cafe, exploring Sant Tomàs most westerly beach and an amazing speedboat experience with Navega Menorca. A perfect place to escape the busy pace of life we will be back.

Wonderful May holiday

The Villa is in an excellent location close to a well stocked supermarket along with bars and restaurants. The beach is very close. Villa is very well equipped and has a lovely outdoor seating area with sea views. Clare kept us well informed and the notes about the Villa and amenities/ restaurants are very thorough and helpful. All in all we had a wonderful 3 weeks helped by nice weather.

Perfect villa in a great location

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine de vacances dans cette maison! La vue mer des terrasses est incroyable, la maison est très propre et contient tout le nécessaire (des draps en coton, de serviettes de toilettes et des foutas de piscine, le minimum pour la cuisine…). Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et charmants. Nous reviendrons sans doute dans ce coin de Minorque calme et familial, loin de l’agitation de la ville.
