The villa also has an attic of approximately 80 square meters with a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Featuring a private pool with a furnished sun deck and spacious outdoor areas for the exclusive use of guests, Villa Cocuzzolo is surrounded by a large garden and offers stunning views of Mount Etna on one side and the sea, Taormina, and the Calabrian coast on the other.<br><br>Access to the property is via a picturesque dirt road approximately 300 meters long.<br>Ample parking is available exclusively for guests.<br><br>Villa Cocuzzolo is situated on a peaceful plateau overlooking countryside that stretches all the way to the sea; located between the slopes of Mount Etna and the coastline running from Taormina to Acireale, nestled within a large park filled with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, near the small Etna village of Sant’Alfio, famous for its “Castagno dei Cento Cavalli,” considered the oldest tree in Sicily and one of the oldest in Europe. <br>The panoramic view and the vast green, tree-lined grounds, with their colors and scents, make Villa Cocuzzolo the perfect place to unwind—an ideal destination for those seeking a vacation with the right balance of activity and relaxation. <br>From Sant’Alfio, you can reach the most beautiful destinations in eastern Sicily in no time; it is located just a few kilometers from Mount Etna and a few kilometers from the stunning coastline of the Bay of Taormina, in the heart of one of Sicily’s most beautiful green areas.<br>The property is the ideal choice for groups or families who wish to stay together while maintaining their privacy. <br>Nearby, you’ll find trattorias, restaurants, and pizzerias.<br>Excursions to Mount Etna and boat trips are available. <br>

The villa had everything we needed and offered a ton of privacy. The front patio offered ocean view and the back patio a beautiful view at Mount Etna. We often watched the sunset over the volcano with a glass of wine and then had dinner while enjoying the ocean view on the other side. The entire property was huge and it felt like living in middle of the woods. There were lots of fruit trees in the back yard surrounding the pool area. The host was very helpful and provided us with precious information on what to visit nearby. A warm thank you to the host for letting us stay at this awesome place.

A beautiful villa with amazing views, a nice pool, and with impeccable hosts. Rather remote but perfect if you want to do a bunch of walking and chilling in the shadows of the Cyclopean forge, with some sport climbing only seven minutes away as well.

Die Villa ist großzügig geschnitten und perfekt ausgestattet - moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler, drei gepflegte Badezimmer und praktische Waschmaschine.Das Highlight ist definitiv der private Pool mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht! Hier haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht und jeden Moment genossen. Der Patio lädt zum Entspannen ein, ob beim Morgenkaffee oder Sundowner.Die Lage ist ideal für Sizilien-Erkundungen - nah am Ätna und schnell am Meer. Nach ereignisreichen Ausflügen bot der gepflegte Garten eine grüne Oase der Ruhe.Ausstattung tadellos: Smart-TV, Klimaanlage, vollständige Küchenausstattung. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die großzügigen Räume bieten viel Platz für die ganze Familie.Unbedingt den Sonnenaufgang über dem Ätna vom Pool aus erleben - magisch! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Diese Villa macht den Sizilien-Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Rundum empfehlenswert!
