“An exceptional B&B. The owner's pride and passion is reflected in every detail. She was also very accommodating for our early arrival. The property is a convenient 15 minute walk to the Valley of the Temples. Although there were only a handful of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, we loved the two right on the same corner as the B&B. One was a little mom and pop local place with fantastic 'old school' food and a local vibe. The other was a more modern place with a well thought out menu……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Terreforti Luxury Village. The hotel is brand new and it shows: from the room we stayed in to the swimming pool area, everything looks extremely clean and crisp. Our stay also started with positive news, since we were informed to have received an upgrade as to the room we stayed in: we were able to stay in a room including a Jacuzzi even though we had booked a regular room. Everything in the room was wonderful, though the TV menu's and some of the light switches……

“The property is an original winery in a beautiful setting, with a wonderful infinity pool overlooking the valley. Dinner is a fabulous vegetarian set menu paired with wines produced on the property. The menu I understand remains the same for successive nights.”

The atmosphere felt relaxed and authentic, with plenty of Italian families enjoying the resort rather than it being geared solely toward tourists. “Room was very clean and included a small fridge and sink as well as a table. Air conditioning worked well (we only used it at night as ambient temperature was good). Lots of closet space and drawers. Decent shower as well. The balcony also had a small table and chairs. No view but relatively quiet. There was also a small clothes line. The breakfast was basic, but good and served in the kitchen/dining room. Our hostess was lovely. She went out of her way to help us with travel planning. Location……
