“We stayed at the other property at Mon Domini, though we originally booked the cottage. There was a mix up and Livia upgraded us. The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. The purpose of our visit was genealogy in Cupra Marittima and this was just a few minutes' drive down the beach. We cooked dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen each night and enjoyed the view. “Casa Wales was everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful, well equipped house, lovely pool area and gardens with lots a space for family games or a quiet spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. Nearby Sarnano became a family favourite outing for our evening aperitivi and gelati, and an early morning cycle ride from there to Sassotetto in the mountains were some of the highlights. “This beautiful property, set in the stunning hills of Le Marche offers space, peacefulness & a taste of true rural Italy. The owners are incredible hosts and a font of knowledge of both their property and the local areas and offer much suggestions of places to visit and eateries all absolutely accurate and of a high standard. The property consists of multiple bedrooms and could hold a family as well as older adult groups touring this region of Italy. There is much space at the villa and the pool……

“Posizione ideale, parking riservato, su due piani, recentemente rinnovato; con angolo caffè attrezzato, arredo nuovo, moderno, funzionale ed esteticamente gradevole. Fronte e vista mare, meravigliosamente “pieds dans l’eau” e colazione rigorosamente in veranda, in spiaggia. Unica mancanza, ma trattasi di esigenza estremamente personale ( porto lenti ed occhiali): specchio ingrandente per maquillage… Tornerò senz’altro e lo consiglio assolutamente ”
