Arrived at the location and saw gang graffiti and gang members outside an alley we had to drive through to get to the apartment. All parking options were full. 「The apartment was clean and beautiful. We used the gym and each visit we were the only ones there so had our choice of equipment. Sound travels and there are single pane windows so be careful if your group is loud after 9pm. 」
