Our recently remodeled home, reconstructed from the ground up, ensures your comfort and can comfortably accommodate a small family.

The Space:
Our home exudes an air of luxury with its elegant marble flooring, countertops, and a lavish marble shower. The living area is generously sized and offers various amenities for your comfort, including a decorative fireplace, a 55" 4K Smart TV, lightning-fast 1000Mbps internet, and an assigned parking spot for added convenience.

As you enter the Living Room, you'll be greeted by an Italian Leather Sectional Sofa, which can double as a small bed for a child. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 55" 4K Smart TV, and staying connected is a breeze with lightning-fast 1000Mbps Internet WiFi. You can enjoy a wide selection of channels with Spectrum TV, offering over 300 options. The room is further enhanced by a decorative gas fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere.

In the well-equipped Kitchen, you'll find all the essential cooking tools and utensils you need, along with a Mr. Coffee Coffee Maker and a toaster. Basic pots and pans are available for your culinary endeavors, and we provide plates, utensils, and serving bowls. The gas stove and oven are at your disposal, though please bring your own baking goods.

The Bedroom ensures a peaceful night's sleep on a queen-sized medium-firm memory foam mattress, and we've thoughtfully provided cotton bedding and linens for your comfort. An iron and ironing board are available to keep your clothes looking sharp, and a hamper is provided for your laundry needs.

The Bathroom is a haven of luxury, featuring the infamous TOTO Bidet Toilet with a remote control. If you've never experienced a bidet before, you're in for a treat. The Neighborhood:
One of the nicest spots to explore in the neighborhood is the freshly transformed Downtown Santa Ana. If you happen to be in town on the first weekend of the month, you can enjoy a local artist's art stroll.

Our house is near restaurants, a mini-mart across the street, and bars/entertainment within walking distance. Santa Ana is getting better all the time, with new buildings, renovations, and street improvements. Because the shelters are so close, the locals are used to seeing transients roaming around. We have created gated gates around all of our entry points to ensure that all guests feel safe from public access, and we have installed security cameras throughout the property for added peace of mind.

You can find restaurants, bars, and entertainment within 5 minutes of our home.

Our home is gated with no public access.
Occasionally, pedestrians may walk nearby, but they're harmless and simply passing through.
