The Space:

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements:



Primary Bedroom: King bed with smart TV and plush bedding.



Second Bedroom: Queen bed with smart TV.



Third Bedroom: Full bed with smart TV.



Upstairs: Three twin beds (1 Twin bed, Pop-Up Trundle that can be used as 2 Twin beds or converts into a King), additionally the modular sectional configures into a full size bed. This space is perfect for children or additional guests.



Living Room: Plush modular sectional which configures into full size bed also provides additional sleeping accommodations.



Two Full Bathrooms: Each features a tub/shower combo, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.



Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease using modern appliances, cookware, and a

comprehensive coffee bar featuring a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, whole beans, ground coffee, and K-cups.



Designated work areas: With high-speed Internet throughout, you can pretty much pick any comfy spot to work from in this ranch home. Dedicated work spaces (at either desk found in the secondary bedroom and upstairs), can provide a quiet, separate and functional space to be productive.

IMPORTANT: This is a working cattle ranch. Access to the property beyond the designated yard areas is strictly prohibited. NO TRESPASSING beyond clearly marked and locked gated fence. While cattle may near the fence line, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD ANY GUEST APPROACH, TOUCH OR FEED THE LIVESTOCK.
