Super clean, amazing view, had everything you could need, and an easy drive into Santa Barbara. A couple issues came up during our stay and the team was super responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Amazing view

This VRBO was or favorite so far. It was very spacious and well equipped with anything you could need. Perfect for a couple off street parking and a heated floor in the bathroom. This place was close to Santa Barbara and Carpinteria where we were visiting. I would love to stay here again. You wouldn’t regret reserving this place for your stay.

This was a marvelous vacation experience. The panoramic ocean view from this spacious studio was breathtaking. I can best describe its sparkling clean interior as elegant and classy. It was obviously upgraded in recent years, to include a modern kitchen area, beautiful flooring, and dark stained window and door frame trim. The queen size bed was very comfortable, and my wife and I commented more than once that we were sleeping better in it than in our bed at home. One other thing: I can’t say enough about the VRBO support we received throughout our stay. Questions we had were answered immediately and there was a strong sense that staff wanted to make sure that we were thoroughly enjoying ourselves, which indeed we were.

Above & Beyond Expectations

For starters everything lived up to what we had hoped with regards to the layout and the view. But what blew us away were the little surprise bonuses! Our host had equipped the unit with beach towels and beach chairs, which were such a nice touch. The binder was super helpful for navigating the space, and everything was well labeled and clear. It made it super easy to find everything we needed. The location was 5-20 minute drive to literally anything you could possibly want to do. We had a rental car but noticed there was a bus stop close by and an amazing coastal bike trail that linked up Carp, Summerland, Montecito and Santa Barbara. Summerland itself had a ton of charm and we often opted to just stay in and enjoy the view from the patio. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend.

Great view

Super happy with everything, for a studio. Had a little problem with the smoke alarm going off being that it’s so close to the kitchen and it’d be nice to have a dishwasher, otherwise it was great!
