「The property was clean. However, it was difficult to find the place, The number wasn't clearly visible. I was greeted by this person that I didn't know lived and worked in the property. I wish I knew so that I was expecting someone in close proximity. There wasn't any shampoo. The microwave was outside the property. Parking was very tight, There was an aircooler but no air conditioner. It was vert hot, and it was a tad bit uncomfortable in the room.」

「The property is located in a quiet charming neighborhood that is easily walkable to State Street where everything you want is readily available. The Santa Barbara Mission and Museum is a 20 min walk or 10 min drive. We found our room to be very comfortable and well appointed with thoughtful items that we didn’t know needed! The Nespresso machine was unexpected and greatly appreciated. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the area.」

「I cannot recommend this place enough! My two sisters and I stayed here for a little bachelorette trip, and it was perfect. The host, Mindy, is incredibly gracious and so helpful. The villa is clean and spacious, and the view is gorgeous. Sitting on the patio in the mornings was a highlight of our trip. Although the villa is tucked up in the hills, getting into town is convenient, and ordering a Lyft/Uber was always quick and easy. You won’t regret staying here!」

「It was just my teen and me. We were either a short walk or an Uber away from everything. The walk to the beach was short and easy, and it is a gorgeous beach!! My son is gluten free and fell in love with all of the choices including the 2 Lilac restaurants that are 100% gluten free. The unit does have a bit of a musty smell for those that are sensitive, but I just bring my air purifier when I travel and didn't have any problems. Thank you!! 」
