"You can call the hotel ahead of time and ask for accommodations that fit your needs, like downstair rooms since they have no elevator and walk in showers if you're disabled etc., the ac works well and has different settings and can be used for heating as well. we don't know if it has a pool, we weren't there for it, we have family close by and its easier and more convenient than to overcrowd the in-laws,"

"A Breathtaking Location with Exceptional Service The Cliff House Inn on the Ocean offers a truly unbeatable experience, primarily driven by its spectacular location and the quality of its staff and dining. The Pros: Service and Culinary Excellence The service here is the gold standard. Every staff member was genuinely agreeable and friendly, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. This high level of attention extended to the on-site restaurant, which was truly high-level. The food and dining experience were standout features of the trip. The biggest highlight, however, is the setting itself—the location is simply fantastic and offers breathtaking ocean views. The Cons: Room for Updates While the location and service are five-star, the rooms could definitely benefit from updating. The decor and furnishings feel a bit dated, which contrasts with the premium experience offered by the rest of the hotel. This is the only area that prevents a perfect rating. Overall Verdict If you prioritize stunning oceanfront views, outstanding customer service, and gourmet dining over cutting-edge room modernity, this is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely recommend the Cliff House Inn."
