"This is my 2nd night review. Had the best time here! When we make it back to Santa Barbara, I will definitely choose this hotel. The staff was the best part. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and seemed to be enjoying themselves at work, making the experience so much better than at other hotels. Thank you!"
"the location was great. walking distance to just about everywhere. Upon arrival we were about an hour early for check in, but thought to inquire anyway. We were greeted by the nicest staff, who not only allowed us to check in but also had our room ready. The room was very clean and had a balcony with a beach view. I not only recommend it but i will be back"
"Check in was efficient and Esteban gave us restaurant recommendations and told us about the complementary bike rental. We were upgraded to a suite which had a full size refrigerator, stove and cooktop. As an Expedia VIP a bottle of complementary champagne was in the frig. They have a good sized pool and jacuzzi that looked very inviting, but we did not have a chance to get in. The continental breakfast had yogurt, oatmeal, breakfast breads/danish, fresh cut melon and egg bites. The property is older , but well kept and clean. We will be back!!"
