Super accommodating and helpful staff

The check in process is so easy and convenient. The rooms are super nice and comfortable. Above all, I needed some assistance with something and the staff was super responsive and quick to help. Great place to stay and nothing bad to say!

Great Studio Option

Great little studio in small complex just a couple of blocks from state street. Clean and comfortable with little added extras - nespresso, nice shower products and Turkish beach towels. Good parking. Easy checkin and check out. Perfect for a short overnight or two. Pricing was great for a weekend in Santa Barbara

Love the contactless check-in and ability to send a text to the ‘front desk’ and get a response in under a few minutes. We had a last minute change in plans and they were able to accommodate so quickly. For the stay, the room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable! If I have give any constructive criticism it would be the size of the TV, it’s so big! Who has time to watch TV when visiting SB?! I would choose to come and reserve again without hesitation.

The Tranquility of Good Quality Design

Perfect location. Lovely design. Comfortable bed and luxurious linens. Attention to detail superb with quality Kohler trash can to leather kleenex cover to placement of bathroom hooks. Owners/developers clearly went the extra mile to make everything perfect. Thank you. We will be back! The micro studio is probably smaller than a couple plus dog need. Next time, we will try to obtain a 1 bedroom or larger.

Nice room if a little expensive and lacking in privacy. Keyless entry was a hassle involving calls to the property to get in. Late that night there was a scheduled power cut but they had still thought it fine to rent the units. No power, an incredibly bright security light coming on in each room and when the building agent could be finally reached he told me I needed to go and reset the buildings breakers myself. The lack of power meant if you left the room you were locked out thanks to the keypads, impossible to sleep thanks to the light and of course no hot water in the morning. Incredibly bad experience, there's plenty of other options in SB

Nice place

Tiny but very nice room. Bring tape with you to cover the very annoying bright lights coming from the thermostat, smoke detector, and light switch.
