- Privately gated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2,200 sqft HOUSE. Including 2 car garage with (1 outside parking space at front door), fenced in yard/patio, and 6 person hot tub. Sleeps 6 guests comfortably and 8 with pull out couch. Beautifully constructed with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and upscale appliances. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms! Rent 1 house or all 4 and enjoy the entire property together with family and friends.

From booking to checkout, everything was top-notch. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Love the location within walking distance of Solvang shops, restaurants, etc. and all of the attractions in the Santa Ynez area.
