The space was extremely well located and very convenient. The rooms are so small, it was difficult to fit two full sized suitcases in without knocking them over when you tried to move around. Everything was walkable and the hotel had a lot to offer

The wifi was shaky where we were, so beware back of the building. Also toward the back, the garbage truck went by very early and was loud, sure to wake you up. The rooms were very small, ok if you are ok with Japanese size. The staff was great. Keep in in mind there is no restaurant/bar. The location is excellent.

Good: location, A/C, beds, cleanliness, coffee bar Could use improvement: inconsistent helpfulness of staff: we were quoted several different prices for parking at the hotel. Also told there were no extra pillows, then later when we asked someone else we were given some. The wuropean
